Brand Identity, Packaging + Merchandizing


You know you have a trusted relationship with the client’s hands you over their home-spun marketing assets as says, “I need your help to…give this an upgrade.” California Coffee Republic, an up-and-coming coffee roaster had big dreams – and needed a brand identity to match. They had a great story, but it needed to be fleshed out and to position them both as a brand with a wide reach, but also home-grown.


With a tightly woven story, polished logo and a new slogan of “Globally Grown, Locally Roasted” and some catchy secondary marketing copy (our favorite: “Join the Roasting Republic”; our second favorite: “Keep Life Interroasting” has dad joke written all over it), our friends at CCR were ready for to launch their updated website, packaging, and swag.
